Refund from Travolook – Rs.4,654/-: Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh of Indore, Madhya Pradesh booked a flight ticket from Srinagar to delhi on 03/11/2020. He latter received a mail stating that ticket was cancelled due to fare expiration but he still did not receive refund amount. Refund from snapdeal.com – Rs.22,000/- : Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune-411019, Maharashtra (saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered Iphone 4 through snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. He did not receive the product though the company gave a non-existing Bluedart AWB. The customer asked for refund but the refund was not forthcoming. Refund from Shopclues.com – Rs.848/-: Mrs. Sabahat Sisodia of Dwarka, New Delhi (sabahatsisodia[@]gmail.com) ordered a Blue Tooth headset on 23rd October with shopclues.com but the product was not delivered even after three weeks. Refund from Travolook – Rs.29,775/- : Mr. Arpit Makwana of Thane, Maharashtra tried to book tickets on the portal Travolook however the booking got cancelled due to fare expiration. Customer wrote to the portal for refund however did not receive the same. Customer approached ICF on 15-01-2021 and the matter was taken up with Travolook. Finally customer got refund by 03-02-2021. Complaint against Nivea Soft Cream – Rs.1,529/-: Mrs. Rekha Goyal of Nangal, Punjab (goyal1961@yahoo.co.in) had posted a complaint with ICF on 02-12-2009 with regard to Nivea Soft Cream purchased from the local market. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment. ICF submitted the claim to Nivea and on 11-01-2010 Mrs. Rekha Goyal has confirmed that she got refund of cost of nivea soft and medical expenses. Nivea - 11.01.2010

Non-delivery by industrybuying.com – Rs.1,833/-: Mr. Ankur Saraf of Indore, Madhya Pradesh ordered Sony Headphones MDR450AP from the site industrybuying.com on 16-08-2015. Since then the company did not provide any kind of confirmation regarding Shipping or Delivery details either on cellphone or on mails. The company was not responding.
