Reliance SIM has been deactivated without any reason

I have taken new SIM of Jio snd activate unlimited national calls and 1 GB data /day on 23th September. But on 30th September my connection has been disconnected and when i called to customer care they are keep saying it has been disconnected but providing me any Complete information/reason.
