Refund not received from Ebay

Dear Sir/Madam, refund approved on 12 Aug.17for claim id 3031466 PaisaPay id 45531180758 but not credited to my account till date. please note that I did complain a thousand times but still Ebay.in seems ignore about my requestings ebay.in is fraudulent, please help me to avoid the same! Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
