ICIC bank was charging me minimum bal charges from last 4 month. If any customer has been charging frequently then do u guys have any responsibility to get ur customer informed through call ,SMS or email about this. My parents were using this card, so i didnt had any info. I have raise this from …

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund.
