Velex courier not delivering PAN card

PAN CARD has been dispatched through VELEX courier and its been 15 days and status remain the same “out for delivery”. No-one responds to the call. And luck by chance if someone picks up the call, they disconnect saying “it will be delivered today”. No acknowledgement. Why govt has to sign up with such cheap …

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. Failed transaction refund from Flipkart – Rs.3,320/- : Domnic Nadar, Bannerghatta Road, Karnataka (Email: domnic.nadar[at]gmail.com) placed an order on flipkart using Net banking option on 15th of May, 2013.
