Regarding poor service from Dish TV

I registered a complaint with dish tv regarding non working of set top box. Complaint no is 331428410. The custumer care executive assured me that the problem will be resolved with in 24 hrs by changing my set top box. Its already 40 hrs. Very poor response from custumor care centre. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund.
