Mobikwik wallet account disabled, unable to use balance

Today I tried to login into my Mobikwik app acount but it shows that user is disabled again and again. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
