Amazon order not received even after 5 days

I have ordered for Moto G5 plus 32 GB fine gold mobile on 21st September with delivery on 22 and September but I haven’t received yet. When I called up Amazon customer care on 22nd evening they said that it will get delivered till 8.00pm but not received. They sent a confirmation mail as well …

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
