Non-delivery of order by www.at-home.co.in

I had placed a prepaid order for ‘Step-Ladder-Stool’ on www.at-home.co.in on 30-07-2017 vide order no.727353425023097 for Rs.999/-. They had promised delivery by 15-08-2017. However, since 22-08-2017, I have been pursuing them for delivery, they are niether acknowledging my mail, nor getting the item deliver nor initiating refund. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute.
