Replacement of Toshiba laptop battery: Mr. S M Bakshi of Belagavi 590006, Karnataka bought a laptop battery (compatible, not original) for his Toshiba Laptop on 19 March 2017 from Expression Marketing and Services. It was bought on Ebay shopping portal and carried two years warranty. The battery worked well for six months after which it stopped working. Refund from Hike wallet – Rs.8000/- : Kishor Kunal of Gomti Nagar, 226010, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh had loaded Rs.8000 in his Hike wallet. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
