I ordered dell inspiron laptop from snapdeal on 22nd sept. The product got delivered on 25th sept. However it was found to be defective which was later co firmed by Dell. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
