Refund not received from Google pay for failed transaction

Payment not refund by google pay. Value: 648. I made payment 0f 648 rs on 25/03/2019 electricity bill to cescom through google pay that payment was failed but amount deducted in my account but it shows amount will refunded in 5 or 7 working day but 15 day left I didn’t get any refund please …

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
