I have ordered a lenovo laptop model ip 320e from flipkart.com. It was delivered on 28-sep-17 but product was defective ,showing blank/black screen only without booting when i switched on it. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
