We requested tata sky to renew our annual package. They asked to pay rs.10740.00 and we paid through card. We have 3 boxes & i specifically asked them to recharge two digi sets – one hd recordable & other standard. I renewed annual package on feb 2017 in same way & things were ok. But …

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
