Videocon recharge done against wrong customer id

I have made a recharge of Rs 885 on Videocon d2h on 26th March 2018 from videocon d2h website. After rechraging I understood that recharge amount is gone to the wrong customer id. So I called to the Customer Care and tell the details, they told me to send a complaint with the necessary details …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
