Le Eco charger not repaired by Touch, Chandigarh

Charger was not working, it was under warranty. it was submitted to le eco service center (Touch, Chandigarh 160017), we had been ensured that OK charger will be available to pickup within 20 days ( date of charger submission 31-july-2017). but still we have not recieved the charger .Nobody have attended phone. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
