I have done 1 envelope courier to Berhampur from Thane through Madhur couriers on 9/9/2017 and was told that it will delievered in 5 days. My AWB nos is 820627908 and still it has not been couriered and after calling the staff the office nos there is no response and not picking up the phone. …

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund of Rs. 42,000/- + documents from Quikr: Mrs. Sujita Kushwaha, Bangalore 560100, Karnataka paid Rs.42,000/- to Quikr for availing RTO services. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
