Automatic Booking cancellation and non-delivery of cylinder

I had booked my cylinder on 13.3.2015 and on 25.3.2015, recieved an sms of the booking being cancelled. The booking was again revoked by a personnel on a phone call on 27.03.2015, saying the delivery would be made by 28.3.2015 or 31.3.2015. yesterday I waited the whole day for the delivery man to show up but he did not. today when my wife called up the agency, they informed that the delivery man had reported to them that we did not have an empty cylinder and hence he returned back. So the booking was cancelled.

No me and my wife lost two working days, just to hear this rubbish? Who will compensate our wages for these two days? And now again we have to wait for 3 more days to recieve it on friday, of which I am pretty doubtful. Since the last 6 days we are being heckled like fools. And on saying that we could complain, the agency people are politely saying that it is our right, we can surely complain. Is this service and that too a service that we are paying for? or they believe they are doing us a favour?
