I had booked medicines from AVP Hospital Navakkarai. Despite 7 days have passed there is no clue where the package is. DTDC’s customer care nos are always busy and once when I got connected, the executive could not understand any language other than Tamil. I was advised by my Doctors to take medicines on time, which now I am living without any medicines. I had requested the hospital staff to ask the courier delivery person; who usually comes every evening, but even from there I got no outcome.
I am putting this compliant against DTDC with a hope to get my package delivered; after trying all possible means.
