Bad quality product from Shopkio.com

I have ordered a saree from Shopkio.com on 23rd august. during confirmation call , a girl also confirmed that return can will be done if you dont like tha saree. but now when i recieved it, it a a defected misprint saree and now shopkio guys are not redpoinsing to my mails, my call and messages. what to do, where to go. I feel like cheated.
