Recently I got a parcel from Dtdc courier , before door delivering the parcel the agent/ office person called and told me to come and collect the parcel from their office, (my address is just 1.5 kms from the dtdc courier ofice), i said i cannot come and collect it is your duty to deliver at my address, for that the office person spoke to me rudely. i said i will not come u can send back the parcel i know what to do. Then after 1 hour they delivered the parcel at my home. I complained about this to dtdc, don’t know what happened. This was my 3 rd incident from dtdc. I stopped sending or receiveing through DTDC courier. I always insist the sender not to send by DTDC.
