Bajaj Finance Branch and Nach Mandate Issue

I have a Personal Loan from Bajaj Finance and the Nach mandate was rejected due to signature mismatch. Customer Service rep called and informed that a person will come and collect the Cheque and the signature on the Nach mandate. Waited for 5 days and then called Customer Care again, and then got to know that they do not send any representatives and i’ve to visit the branch. The nearest branch is Marathahalli and when visited found that there are no employees and the branch is NOT operational. When called customer care they are not aware of the Branch Operational details. Till now my Nach Mandate is not completed.
