I opted for BEAM when I relocated to Hyderabad however their unprofessional attitude and laid backness to provide a connection  deterred me and I initiated a refund process which was supposed to be done within 24 hours. Its already a week and I have not heard from them yet leave apart getting back the money that I paid. After a week,  what I have is the bill that the sales person provided while registering.

I believe BEAM / ACT FIBRE NET doesn’t deserve to be running a business which obviously they cannot handle. Please help.
