I did a recharge of Rs. 26 on my another bsnl number from Paytm dated August 4, because paytm displayed it as a full talkvalue voucher but bsnl credited this to me as a data STV with night benefits for 4days. I complained about this to paytm giving them a PDF of benefits then applicable on bsnl recharge as available on bsnl website and the display of benefits on paytm, and my transaction ID but they responded slow, blaming bsnl which never was and asked me for operator message. Bsnl won’t give any message of such STV and rather we may have it only from self care Portal during period of validity. So later I could not have a message either. Excusing of the non-availability of message despite having my transaction ID, it’s own display and bsnl PDF, paytm is still continuing with the complain increasing over 30 correspondence and no solution.p lease look into the matter. I’ve here attached both displays as a single pptx because of the portal limitations though I still have that PDF. My transaction ID on paytm is 1938564554
