Best Deal TV not replacing damaged products

I had ordered 10 piece non stick cookware from best deal tv on 10th March 2016. I received the product on 14th March 2016. However the product received was damaged and i had to call up customer service for assistance. They asked to email the details with image of damaged product for further assistance. After doing so, they want me to courier them the product email them a copy and have not provided return address for the same. If I were to do the things i could have gone to the local stores and bought the product. Now i have paid them the money and stuck with damaged product.
