I am using two vodafone numbers since two years. while porting on their executive called me on 22 jan 2016 offered me 2g net plan for one number and excess talk time for other number. so i stopped the idea of porting from vodafone. after confirmation from their customer care i used the data pack .but in the next month bill they charged for both and they did not give the benifits which they offered . i complained to carporate care and they waived for talk time bill and said my other number has no data pack plan . how it is possible i dont know. and now today they disconnected my outgoing calls. i feel it is bad and this service playing with consumers inthis way. please take necessary action . i have the call records which was confirmed by their executive on my packs.
