Bharat Matrimony video CD not working

I was registered user of Bharat Matrimony Kerala. I have used Bharat Matrimony videography service for my marriage on 14th May 2017. After marriage they have sent me an album and a video cd. But the cd was not working. I have contacted and raised the complaint many times through their customer care. But the date they did not responds to my query and I did not get a working video cd of my marriage.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
