Sir I had booked a bike from parcel office in giddalur railway station on 4 jun 18 from Giddalur to ambala cantt .but it is still not received. it has been almost 24 days completed. i filed a complaint in ambala cantt parcel office and also drm office in ambala. but they are not responding. even i lodged a complaint in online like indian railway complaint, and also public grievances but still I did nt get any satisfactory reply from them . they are saying about the location of my bike. whrn it will be delivered. why it is taking this much of time and why it is getting delayed. my bike luggage ticket number is 196044 and bike registration number is AP 27 BL0634 . i got information from Bhopal staff that it was loaded in 16031 Andaman express which runs from chennai to Jammu on 08 jun 16.please help me in this matter .try to solve my problem as soon as possible
