Bills raised by Idea even after deactivation of number

I used a idea post paid connection last year and after final payment did on 22.12.2016 .My No deactivated and also we confirm several time to idea stores that pls close my No.
But till date they raise bills .And finally last Saturday the harrased me over ph that i have to pay 1046 further otherwise they will go legal .As a common person today i submitted further the amount.
They till not confirm whether my No closed from there end nor any information except my deposit to them. WANT A SOLUTION..AND NEED MY UN USED MONEY BACK FROM idea.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
