I am a customer of Reliance mobile group. Few month ago I turned my postpaid mobile number to prepaid after clearing all the dues and payments as per there policies (a postpaid no can be converted only when he clear all the dues). I did the same way. on that time I paid around 860. so they gives me the clean chit of no dues. after migrating a month they raise a bill of 244 inr. i dont know why they did it being as the prepaid customer there no bill still i paid the amount to avoid any issue.
After few days they barred my phone’s outgoings call as they says I have an another payment dues of Inr 527. what was that if I am a prepaid customer. I asked them several times about the bill details that why did they raise this bill. but they did’t give the proper details. and any specific reason. I called there customer care executive many times but no proper response.
And they suspended my number without any reason. I have all the bills and paid amount receipt . which shown i have submit all the amount. they suspended my number and when i called to customer care they did’t connect my calls to there customer care executive. please help on it.
