Blue Dart Showing incorrect shipment status

I purchase lot of products from online shopping. And then I analyse incase of ebay.in they assign order to Blue Dart Courier Service for delivery. But always blue dart show wrong shiping status. Order not delivered to customer but on blue dart courier tracking status shows Order delivered. In that case I contacted to Blue Dart customer care still they provide me wrong details about order delivery. I am providing you one of the courier details with you. Which is wrong shipment status shows. A lot my time and energy gets wasted and I am mentally harassed because of wrong information provided by bluedart. Hereby I am providing supporting document.

    We think this can happen when the Consignor sends a parcel that contains articles for many consignees. The number that is assigned is for the bulk parcel and not for the individual courier articles contained in the parcel. When Blue Dart says that the parcel is delivered it could mean that the parcel is delivered to the distribution hub.
