BOI ATM fails to disperse money but amount debited

I have account in BOI kapoorthala branch lucknow i debit amount of 8000 through ATM of union bank of india which is outside of its branch office in chandganj branch but due to keys hang atm stop working and i didn’t get my money i complaint to bank for the same and also apply for reversal of amount but i get reply from there that money was withdrew but i didn’t get that. Now both the bank also refuses to help me for further. It is a big amount for me and now i am helpless.
