I had made a car booking using the zoom car website. Later i recived email to upload my driving license, which i noticed too late.

Due to failure in uploading the license my booking was auto cancled by zoomcar. However, i have not yet received my booking money back its more than 20 days now.

When i called up the customer can they did not respond well and giving me resons like the money is stuck in the paymet gateway we will check and get back once they have some confirmation from bank regarding the failed transaction.

Please if you could help me on this?
