Reliance Communication is harassing me for Bill Payment. I had raised ticket for technical issue regarding Slow Internet Speed in June’15 , then again in July’15 – Refer Ticket # 235958353. They closed this ticket on 2nd Oct’15 stating my connection was in Safe Custody. If my connection was in Safe Custody mode, then Bill should not be generated. This is as per communication with Customer Care. Multiple calls made and I was put on hold, no solution. No one bothered to help me. Raised Case with higher level team through email. No help. Sent email to Reliance Appellate Team for Maharashtra as well, no help. Reliance Communication is all bothered about their Bill. They are harassing me to pay bill without resolving my issue. I have already submitted ticket to close my connection. Few tickets for last 3 months that were raised with Customer Care – 235958353, 236904241, 237979767, 238717022, 238746819 and many more tickets were raised in June’15 and July’15. I am being asked to pay Rs 2378 – Two months bill. In fact connection was suspended 1 month ago for non payment of bill and ongoing issue.
Ideally they should pay me the cost of the Mi-Fi device which is of no use. I paid Rs 3000 for the first month. All I want is to Close/Terminate this connection without any Bill Payment because the Device didn’t work from June’15. They should return me the amount that I paid for last 4 months without proper internet speed. Please help me with this issue.
