I have purchased a product with ORDER ID – 531000 from INDUSTRYBUYING. The order comprises of “SUPREME ORNATE CHAIRS – QTY – 2” for price Rs 3599. I placed the order on 23-03-2016. The order got delivered to me on 29-03-2016.
When I opened the parcel, I found that one of the chair was completely broken. I immediately called Industrybuying and complained about it.

Industrybuying representative told me that it may be the courier mishandling and asked me to send the photos of the broken product on email id – care@industrybuying.com .

I sent the photos to the mentioned email id. I have received the response from Industrybuying that since the chair is completely broken so they will not initiate a pickup.

They said me to throw the chair in trash and told me that they will process the refund till 06-04-2016. But till today i.e. 12-04-2016 , no refund credited by them.

I called them many times but they give the same response that refund will be credited the next day or within 24 hours. No other response. They don’t reply to emails regarding this complaint but daily send promotional offers regarding purchasing on my email id.

Please look into the same and help me getting my refund amount soon which is Rs 1800 for one chair.
Please Indiaconsumerforum, help me in resolving the issue.
