Broken necklace received from Sukhi.com

I had purchased a necklace set through the Sukkhi.com which was delivered to me on 8th October 2017, but I found it broken and in bad quality. When I went through the return policy form it rejected my application, and whatsoever contact details are given is completely false. Sir what should I do? I am in big loss please do something.
