Broken TV from Ebay vendor, no replacement or refund so far

I purchased 19th June 2017 full payment online at ebay.in 42 inches BlackOx Smart Tv with 5 yrs warrenty. But received after 25th day a parcel through FedEx and when ebay service man came to install, he opened the packet and found broken Tv. After that I didnt get any replacement not any refund from Ebay, my claim ID:3024416 PAISAPAY ID:45543946593.
