BSNL broadband services complaint

I am a bsnl broad band customer with phone, from 05-10-2015 i am not getting internet,i lodged a complaint through customer care on 09-10-2015 from my mobile no. they said they resolve in 3 working days, but still no response, this is not first time that is happening, without using the services i have to pay my default monthly amount. on 18-10-2015 i phone to concern J.E he too not responding properly. so please help me to get proper justice to me with kind concern. thanking u
