I booked a flat on 15 Sept 2013 in Ashwarya Prerana City project Building B-102, residing near to Uruli Kanchan village developed by Dr Balasaheb Harpale residing at Bekarai Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune. During booking time the builder promised me that the possession of the said flat will be given within 18 months after booking. I have paid booking amount and asked him for agreement then he said that we have revised the plan and it will take another 3 months to get approval of the revised plan and then we will do the agreement. Later on he continue postponing the agreement till next two year. After two year we did agreement and in agreement he mentioned he will give the possession of the said flat after 24 months of agreement. When I raised the query regarding this then he said the agreement is common to all and we can not changes a single word in the agreement except name, flat number and amount. Now Its been almost three years I have not received the possession of the flat.

Now I am asking him to written my paid amount, registration cost and interest on total amount but he is saying that you go to consumer court his lawyer will handle this in court.

I have took bank loan from GICHF to paid the amount to builder. Total paid amount to builder is 9.3Lacs.

Kindly let me know how I sort out this problem and will get amount back from builder.
