I am residing at Ramanathapur Hyderabad ..since one month my cable connection is not working .. have called so many times to local operator but no response . he is coming to home only to collect money .. for this i have called to Citi cable customer care centre so many times but no use e.. not even responded and i also kept over 4o emails to citable in charge and all other team members but no response .. now i don’t have cable connection ..my coonetions was completly removed because of am giving complaint againist local operator .. i have paid amout regularly .. ihave prrofs of slips and mails .. sonce one month am suffering pl do need full
