I booked ticket at IRCTC with PNR 2813547619 that is showing 13 tickets in tatkal quota. But when i completed the transaction (Rs 770) it was showing waiting list TQWL 33, 34. Since i do not require waiting list ticket, i cancelled ticket and amount refunded is Rs 650. Since its not my mistake that their server is slow. Why should i bear loss of 120 rs. Its their mistake if their server is slow. I want my full money to be refunded, so i contacted irctc. They are saying its railway rule, and when i contacted railway contact executive, she listen the problem but did not answer my query and disconnected my call. Its a case of customer right. It will be very kind of you if you can look in this matter.
