I booked a water purifier online from official Eureka Forbes website on 4th of July’16. The very next day I got a call from local eureka Forbes agent that a newer model is available and convinced me to cancel the order and book the new model. I placed the order for the advanced model through official website and informed the customer care regarding the cancellation of the previous order same day.
The local agent promised me to follow up on cancellation and get the money settled.

Both the machines were delivered to me the next week and since then I have been following up with various people at various designations in eureka Forbes for picking up the earlier order and get the money settled.

I tried calling multiple times wrote dozens of mails periodically but nothing worked. Kindly help me with this.
