I had ordered for a bluetooth headset at a special price of 2999 through snapdeal (the price normally ranges between 6,000 and 6,5000). After few days of placing the order i was shocked to find that the order has been auto cancelled. I immediately called up snapdeal customer service and was informed that the order has been cancelled by the seller due to unavailibility of the product. This seems very strange and against consumer rights as generally while placing order it shows as out of stock if product is unavailable.
Would be great if you can help me with this concern. I would like to get the product at the same price.
