I had ordered Bungee cords(Order no: 408-0270563-0055515) from Amazon which was supposed to be delivered on 14th July. But they made delay and after talking to customer care they cancelled my order and started the process of refund. I had mentioned them I won’t be able to take calls also as I would be in non reachable area. Still they delivered cancelled order and terminated refund process. I got to know about this after coming back and when I called to ask about the same, they said we can’t take return from your address. So I talked to their leadership team/escalation team who said we will take it back in 24 hours, but they didn’t. I called them 2 to 3 times and everytime they do the same. When I mailed them yesterday about the same, again they are saying we won’t take from your location and you yourself need to return it by going to warehouse.
