Card dealer not delivering new Dezire even after full payment

I have purchased a new dezire from Shivam Auto Shahapur. I have made full payment of 9 lakh a week ago and submitted all documents. Still these people are not delivering my car. They are giving me foolish excuses.
Now,no one is picking up phone. I think I am victim of their activity. I have receipts.But file size is greater than 2 mb.I could not attache it. Can you help me please.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
