I purchased RESQ care plan to get service for home appliances. After sometime I called up Customer Care for my refrigerator repair as there was some freezer issue and compressor GAS leak. As requested engineer came down to my doorstep and start installing the new freezer and fill up the GAS. Whilst freezer welding , he didn’t realize that inner puff(plastic body) of freeze is getting start melt. When I objected he said it will be on hidden side and nothing will be visible to outside. Same I had communicated to Customer Services Head but no timely response received. After week wait, I get repaired my refrigerator from local vendor. Informed Reliance ResQ customer care that am going to revoke my care plan and had submitted the stop payment for new cycle. Immediately got a response that Reliance is able to pay compressor GAS charges against the damage to freeze because of the their engineer.

But When I confirmed them stop payment was unsuccessful and payment was made to them. Eventually, they even didn’t respond to my further mails.

Please advise what should i do.
