Cash back not received from Paytm for IRCTC booking

I booked my train ticket using irctc and did the payment using paytm wallet on 4th Feb, 16 as they claimed to give 100% cashback on transaction charges. When i didn’t receive any cashback, i wrote e-mail to paytm customer care, to which they responded that cashback was not credited due to technical issues and will be credited witin 24-48 hours. After 48 hours, i checked my wallet and it was atrocious to see that cashback was still not credited. Again, i sent the e-mail to paytm and to which they responded that offer has been expired now and due to this reason cashback was not credited. Nowhere they have mentioned the expiry date of this offer on their website. This is ridiculous. Its not a matter for few bucks. These guys are making the customer fool by showing attractive offers and then not giving the cashback. Txn id: 1426267710
