Sir ! I am from Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh working in the O/o Deputy Director of State Audit, TT Devasthanams, Tirupati and former employee of SBI also. My brother has deposited an amount of Rs. 2000/- into my SBI a/c 3xxxxxxxxx6 on 26-08-2017 at around 06:15 AM at Chinamushidivada Branch CDM (Br Code: 18574) through cardless deposit. on completion of transaction the machine was shown that “the transaction was completed”, but on verification of my a/c balance no amount was credited by evening of 06:00 PM. for this transaction, no slip was generated from the CDM. hence, kindly requested for early action.
