My name is Adithya.I had booked a flight on I was travelling from Gaborone to Johannesburg on 31st of March 2015 and my Booking ID is NN2302410575824. I was travelling to attend a 3 days at training at University of Johannesburg. My flight was at 11.55am CAT, but my flight timings were changed to 1.30pm CAT and I was not informed about the changed timings. Due to this inconvenience I couldn’t attend a whole day’s training. I reported the same to and they gave me a reference ID 150408-002188 and told me I will be reverted back within 72 hours but they failed to do so. I would like to claim a refund for the ticket.
