Two months ago, we’ve requested for termination of service, as we were leaving the place. As informed by the company, the request has been raised.
But there has been no follow-up on that, instead we’re getting automated calls from the company to pay for the services, which actually we haven’t used.
As we are not staying there anymore, I’ve no idea from where the bill is generated. You can even check the phone call records, we’ve called numeral times for this complaint.
Kindly, terminate the service with a proper procedure, and stop bothering us. Hoping for a positive reply, please revert soon.
